Connect your POS or ERP to NBR e-invoicing
Most businesses already issue invoices from a point-of-sale or accounting system. E-invoicebh gives that system four ways to reach the NBR, so you choose the one your software supports.
Four ways to connect
- REST API: your system sends each invoice as it is created and can print the QR code at the moment of sale.
- File import: upload CSV, Excel or JSON exports; the system groups lines into invoices and checks every one first.
- Scheduled pull: E-invoicebh fetches new invoices from your system on a schedule.
- Webhooks: your system pushes events to a signed address.
Ready-made file profiles
File profiles map the usual column names of an export, so you do not convert anything by hand. Verified against real reports: Semnox Parafait (Billwise report and standard B2B) and the NBR CSV layouts. Presets for SAP S/4HANA, Tally, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and retail or hospitality POS systems map the usual column names and should be checked against a real export of your system.
Nothing is sent until you decide
Imported invoices become drafts. They are checked against the NBR rules, and you can review and approve them, or switch on automatic processing once you trust the rules.
Results come back
The NBR status and the QR code return to your system by a signed callback or a status call, so your till or ERP can show and print them.
