Question 1

What does E-invoicebh do?

Accepted Answer

It sits between your till or accounting system and the NBR. Your system sends invoices; we validate them against the NBR rules, generate the UBL XML, sign it with your device certificate, create the QR code, send it to the NBR within the reporting window and tell your system the result.

Question 2

Which systems can I connect?

Accepted Answer

Any system that can call a REST API, import a CSV file or receive a webhook. We also offer a scheduled pull from your own API. An integration kit with examples and a client library is available.

Question 3

Do I need my own NBR credentials?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each business registers its own EGS devices with the NBR using its own one-time codes. We generate the key pair and certificate request for you, keep the private key encrypted and never show it again.

Question 4

What happens if the NBR or the internet is down?

Accepted Answer

Signed invoices are kept and sent again automatically. You can see which invoices are waiting, and we warn you as the 24-hour reporting window for simplified invoices comes close.

Question 5

Can an invoice be reviewed before it is sent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New connections start in review mode, where a person approves each invoice. Rules can approve routine invoices automatically once you trust the data.

Question 6

Can I print a receipt with the NBR QR code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The integration API can sign an invoice at the moment of sale and return the QR code so your till can print it on the receipt. Sending to the NBR then follows within the reporting window.

Question 7

Is my data separate from other businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every query is limited to your business, secrets are encrypted at rest, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited.

Question 8

Can several branches and users share one account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A business can have several branches and CR numbers, with roles such as owner, branch manager, accountant and reviewer. Each person sees only what their role allows.

Question 9

Is the interface available in Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The whole service is available in English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout and Arabic invoice printouts.

Question 10

How do I start?

Accepted Answer

Register your business, choose a plan or start the trial, add your branch and device, and connect your system. Use the contact form if you would like help with onboarding.
